Yes. Every facilitator holds a current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance, and sessions are fully covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Let us know about any known allergies (particularly to pollen or specific plants) when booking, and we'll adjust the materials used for that resident or session. Just flag it in the enquiry form or when scheduling.

Yes. A lifestyle staff member (or equivalent ) needs to be present for all sessions, and any staff supporting residents with higher needs must be available for 1-2-1 sessions involving those residents. Gentle Spaces facilitators lead the sensory experience, but your team's presence ensures continuity of care and support for residents throughout.
