Garden Tales

(90 minutes · up to 12 participants)

Guided Reminiscence through flower arranging and storytelling. 

Focus: identity, storytelling and social connection.

Stories & Soil

Guided sensory engagement through potting plants and sensory play.

Focus: confidence, calm engagement and moments of success.

Focus: comfort, presence and emotional connection.
